Diving in Garden of the Queens Only
For those joining us for diving in Gardens of the Queen only, it’s easiest to fly to Panama City, Panama (PTY) on Copa Airlines via one of the following U.S. gateway cities on December 25, then fly Copa from Panama City (PTY) to Santa Clara, Cuba (SNU) on the morning of December 26:

- Las Vegas (LAS)

- Orlando (MCO)

Alternatively, you can fly from Toronto (YYZ) to Cayo Coco, Cuba (CCC) nonstop on the morning of December 26 on WestJet flight 2504.
Even if you fly to Cuba via a third nation, your travel is still legal and authorized under the OFAC license for educational workshops. You can also fly to Havana on December 25 – just be prepared for a six-hour early morning transfer by vehicle the next morning.
